Sometimes life takes you off course . . .

THE EDGE OF NEVER

Twenty-year-old Camryn Bennett thought she knew exactly where her life was going. But after a wild night at the hottest club in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, she shocks everyone-including herself-when she decides to leave the only life she's ever known and set out on her own. Grabbing her purse and her cell phone, Camryn boards a Greyhound bus ready to find herself. Instead, she finds Andrew Parrish.

Sexy and exciting, Andrew lives life like there is no tomorrow. He persuades Camryn to do things she never thought she would and shows her how to give in to her deepest, most forbidden desires. Soon he becomes the center of her daring new life, pulling love and lust and emotion out of her in ways she never imagined possible. But there is more to Andrew than Camryn realizes. Will his secret push them inseparably together-or destroy them forever?

My opinion
Shortly after losing the one she loves and losing the trust of her best friend, Camryn decides to leave her home. She gets on a bus--headed to anywhere--and ends up meeting Andrew. They end up speaking a few random conversations, begin traveling together, and getting closer--not wanting to part when they get to the last stop. Andrew ends up leaving to go to his father, but gets worried and returns to save Cam from a stranger's attack. Andrew and Camryn end up on the road again--this time by car--traveling across some random states. Both are able to grow with the love they find from each other.
J. A. Redmerski has penned a truly perfect romance. Written with a light, yet often poetic, style, Edge of Never takes the reader on a journey from shattered hope to empowering love.
The Edge of Never was an extremely slow build but it was full of so many satisfying moments that I rarely noticed that Camryn and Andrew weren't actually together. But like I said before, when I did remember my heart ached for them.
Stark character distinctions reveal the vulnerability and strengths of sexual hunger -- from the raw to the sacred experience of passion. The subplots meld brilliantly into a final lingering question: Is serendipity planned?
