Review
This book is about a boy named Charlie Bone who goes through many exciting suspenseful and rigorous adventures and situations. Aided by his endowed friends or “ Children of the Red King”, He is on journey to rescue the once bad but turned to good “ Wilderness Wolf” that is trapped under the city howling every night and was put there by Manfred.
The plot of the story was very well written. Every Chapter had a different idea and they pulled you in to the story each time it was really hard to put the book down especially when all the action and battles were going on “The final fight between the Red Knight and The Stone Warrior”.
My favourite part in the book was when Charlie and Olivia were crossing the iron bridge when the water started to rise almost lifting them off their feet. This part had a lot of action especially when Benjamin’s dog fell into the river and when the “red knight appeared at the end of the bridge to save them

This is a great series for younger Harry Potter fans to read. It is not as complex a world as the one JK Rowling creates, but it is certainly interesting. Readers do need to pay close attention to the characters and keep track of past events to be able to follow the story. The author helps by including family trees and lists descriptions of the main characters.

Reading level:
Yes I would recommend this book to other readers who like who like adventure / fantasy books. I would recommend this to people ages from 12-15 who are looking for a nice book to read. I would not recommend this book to people over 15 because the words and storey line get a bit easy to read and understand and there is no challenge I would also not recommend this to people under 10 because some of the vocabulary might be too hard for them to read.
